hrishikesh after the selection in the bank PO , bank provide you 6 months to 1 year training , and in training they boost your confidence , personality, exposure. Think if you do MBA and after MBA you selected in a bank, then what is the use of doing MBA. In my point of you Bank PO recruitment is good for you instead of doing MBA.
