Supreme Court has announced recently in 2011 that any person, who meets a tragic road accident can be taken to nearby hospital immediately without any Police intimation or Police report filed or any complaint given. Any Hospital must not ask for police report or the Police Complaint given to admit him/her or child,it is a doctors' duty to save a person in need by doing First-aid. Police can be informed later.This is an amazing new Supreme Court Justice, that will work wonders towards saving hundreds of lives.
